The second novel by famed book cover designer, Chip Kidd,
is a sort of sequel to his first, 'The Cheese
Monkeys'. The first being the story of main
character Happy’s college days, while the 'Learners'
tell of his first real job with an ad agency in New Haven,
Conn. Both books have a definite sense of being written with
a designer’s eye, as keen attention is paid to the smallest
of details. - Andy, Sr. Bookseller Barbara's UIC
